If your request contains something I am not comfortable drawing, I reserve the right to decline or cancel your request.

Please see specific commission types for more details, but in general, I am currently not accepting requests that involve drawing real people, or explicit NSFW. Feel free to contact me if you'd like to ask if I am willing to draw particular topics or subject matters.

Please allow up to 3 months for your commission to be completed. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please mention it beforehand either in your application, or e-mail me, and we can discuss it!

Completed files will be sent either via VGen (on that platform), or my e-mail or Google Drive.

While my queue will be updated as relevant, clients are welcome to contact me directly for any additional updates or queries.

Payments are either taken through VGen's payment system (on that platform), Ko-fi (on that platform), or through PayPal invoice.

Payments are due either upon acceptance of a slot, or if the slot is an instant order type, at the time of request.

Refunds will only be issued after payment if there is a reason I cannot finish your request.

Refunds may not be granted if these Terms are broken.

By default, one sketch will be provided during a check-in phase. Once this has been accepted, I am only willing to make minor adjustments on the finished piece (addressing colours, details, errors on my end, etc.)

More complex illustrations may have more check-in stages, at my discretion. If you would like to request more check-in stages, please discuss this with me in advance.

Any major changes after a sketch has been accepted may incrue additional fees.

As standard, art is for personal use only, not for use in commercial contexts. This includes using as part of a stream layout, or stream advertising. Please reach out to me to discuss options around this further, if required.

Under no circumstances is art to be used for NFTs, AI training, or machine learning models. This is not up for discussion.

I maintain full ownership of artwork. I reserve the right to post artwork on my social media channels, or in my portfolio. If you wish for your commission to stay private (either indefinitely, or for a certain period of time, ie. it's a gift) please let me know before the work is finished.

You are free to print your artwork on items such as prints, stickers, etc. but again, these must be for personal use only. Do not sell or use these items for profit. If you want to use artwork for an item that is being given away on a wider scale (ie. WoL sticker exchanges) please let me know, and we can discuss it.

Unless otherwise stated, visual references are required for all commission types. Artwork does not include character design services.
